Overview

Problem

Presenting and selling building units to clients is hard to do convincingly from 2D floor plans and static renders alone.

Solution

Built a 3D presentation tool where clients can explore a project in 360° day or night, browse surrounding landmarks, filter and select available units with 2D/3D plans, and tour each unit's interior and balcony view — with the flexible UI, filtering system, and client-server communication as my responsibility.

Lessons Learned

Real estate clients care more about a smooth, confident tour than technical polish under the hood — the filtering and navigation UI ended up mattering as much as the 3D visuals themselves.
